I don’t know about you but I really dread grocery shopping every week. The creating of the grocery list and what to make, the pressure of making sure dinners are both healthy and something that my boys will enjoy. 

The other day a friend of mine compared this verse with excusing her weakness to pick up fast food instead of making dinner at home. I laughed because that always seems so much easier, but I know that I have to make smarter choices for my boys and for myself if I want to keep my healthy lifestyle. 

My challenge to you today is to leave here your favorite recipe or foods that your family loves so that we can share them with each other!
